Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and cannot do with ViserUp.
Prohibited activities
You must not: (a) break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate others doing so; (b) upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorised access; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract model weights or prompts; (d) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data at scale; (e) resell or sublicense the service without our written permission; (f) submit content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or intended to impersonate someone else; (g) use ViserUp to build a competing product; (h) submit resumes or personal data about a third party without their consent; (i) run automated volume-abusive workflows against the service, its APIs, or its AI features; (j) attempt to induce the AI to produce disallowed content or to circumvent safety controls.
Enforcement
We may investigate, suspend, throttle, or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
