User Consent, Email & Marketing
Consent language you accept at sign-up, and how marketing works.
Sign-up consent
By ticking the acceptance box at sign-up you confirm you are at least 16 years old, that you have read and agree to the Master Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI/ATS/Job Matching Disclaimers, and that you consent to ViserUp processing your resume and account information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Service communications
We will send you transactional emails necessary to operate your account (security alerts, receipts, changes to terms). These cannot be turned off while your account is active.
Marketing communications
We only send product updates or promotional emails with your opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every marketing email or by emailing soulsep.ai@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.
