ViserUp is operated from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. If you access ViserUp from outside Australia, you are transferring your data to Australia and to our subprocessors' regions. By using ViserUp, you consent to that transfer. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction (including export controls and content laws) when using ViserUp.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia sitting in Melbourne, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that grant you a forum in your place of residence.
