This page is maintained by the ViserUp team at SoulSepAI to answer common security, privacy, and AI questions about the product. It reflects our current practices and is not an independent certification. Shared responsibility applies: we operate the platform, and you are responsible for how you use it (strong passwords, accurate resume content, compliance with your local laws).
Security posture
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, least-privilege access, audit logging, dependency scanning, and managed secret storage. Full details in our Security Statement.
Privacy
Written to align with the Australian Privacy Act (APPs), EU/UK GDPR, and comparable global regimes. Users can export, correct, and delete their data in-app or on request. See Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
AI use
ViserUp calls third-party foundation models via a managed gateway. Identifiable resume content is used only to serve you and is not sold or used to train third-party foundation models.
Compliance in progress
We are an early-stage product. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI compliance today. We are building toward independent assurance and will publish attestations here when they are issued.
