Security Statement
How we protect ViserUp and your data.
Controls in place
TLS 1.2+ in transit. Encryption at rest for databases and object storage. Row-level security enforcing per-user data isolation. Role-based access with least privilege for staff. Secrets stored in a managed secret vault, never in source. Audit logging on privileged operations. Automated dependency scanning. Regular platform patching handled by our cloud provider.
Your responsibilities
Use a strong, unique password, keep your device secure, and don't share your credentials. Report anything unusual to soulsep.ai@gmail.com.
Vulnerability disclosure
We welcome good-faith security research. Email findings to soulsep.ai@gmail.com with steps to reproduce. Do not access other users' data, run intrusive scans, or publish details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days.
Incident notification
Where a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected users and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and any comparable overseas regulators as required.
