Data Retention & Deletion Policy
How long we keep data and how to have it deleted.
Standard retention windows
Account records: life of account + up to 90 days. Uploaded resumes and versions: life of account, or until you delete them. Job searches, saved jobs, analyses: life of account, or until you delete them. Application, error, and security logs: up to 12 months. Backups: rolling 35 days. Financial records (invoices, tax): 7 years as required by Australian law.
Self-service deletion
From Account → "Delete profile", you can permanently delete your account and its associated data. Deletion is irreversible. Content already replicated into backups is purged as backups cycle out (up to 35 days).
Manual requests
You can also request deletion, export, or correction of your personal data by emailing soulsep.ai@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
