Ownership of the service, licences granted, and how to report copyright or trade mark infringement.
Ownership
ViserUp, SoulSepAI branding, source code, models, prompts, UI, and documentation are owned by SoulSepAI or its licensors. Trade marks and logos referenced in the service (including ATS vendor names) are the property of their respective owners and used for descriptive purposes only.
Your licence to us
You grant ViserUp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, display back to you, and create service-generated derivatives (such as tailored resume drafts and ATS scores) of your User Content, solely to operate the service for you.
Copyright & trade mark complaints
If you believe content on ViserUp infringes your rights, send a notice to soulsep.ai@gmail.com including: (1) identification of the work, (2) the location on ViserUp, (3) your contact details, (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act, and (6) your signature. We will investigate, take appropriate action (which may include removal), and where applicable notify the alleged infringer. We may terminate repeat infringers.
Counter-notices
Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice to soulsep.ai@gmail.com following the equivalent structure above.
